By accessing or using Staampt ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Staampt provides a digital loyalty stamp-card platform for businesses ("Shops") and their customers. Shops create loyalty cards; customers collect stamps and redeem rewards at the shop's counter.

2. Accounts

Shops register with an email and password. Customers register with a phone number and PIN. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your account or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.

3. Stamps & rewards

Stamps are earned by entering codes provided at the point of sale. Codes are single-use and time-limited. Attempting to guess, share, or reuse codes may result in account suspension. Rewards are fulfilled by the Shop, not by Staampt. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or value of any reward.

4. Points & referrals

Customers may earn points through referrals and promotions. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Staampt reserves the right to adjust point balances if abuse is detected.

5. Shop obligations

Shops agree to honour rewards earned by customers through legitimate stamp collection. Shops set their own reward terms and are solely responsible for fulfilling them. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not: reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; use bots or automated tools to collect stamps; impersonate another person or business; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

Staampt is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
